HRC Judges and Handlers Seminar February 21, 2015
Full day seminar for handlers who want to learn more about what HRC judges are looking for at hunt tests as well as those who would like to become a judge. It also satisfies the HRC seminar requirements for existing judges.
Open to all interested handlers even if you aren't planning on becoming an HRC judge. Please RSVP to Jan McNeley 901-620-1255 or jmcneley88@gmail.com.

Training Focus:
Classroom setting with focus on training judges for HRC Hunt Tests. Handlers are invited and welcome to attend as well to increase your knowledge of HRC Hunt Test Rules as well as to have a better understanding of what judges are looking for at the line.

The seminar is free. Lunch will be provided by Lenny's at a cost of $8.00 per person so we can work through lunch. (Assorted sandwiches with chips, cookies, sweet tea and lemonade). A donation jar will be on the food table for the honor payment system and any money above the cost of lunch will be donated to DU.

From I-240:
Take Exit 13, Walnut Grove East towards Baptist Memorial Hospital & Shelby Farms.
Follow Walnut Grove approx. 3.4 miles and look for signs for the Agriculture Center.
About 1/3 mile past the Solar Panel farm on the south side of Walnut Grove is the entrance to the Ag Center.
You should see the white and green DU flag over the trees.
Turn south onto Farm Road. Just up the hill is the entrance to Ducks Unlimited. The green gate should be open by 7:45. Look for SFHRC signage.
From Houston Levee Road:
From Houston Levee Road, go west on Walnut Grove Road. There is a gas station with a Dairy Queen at the corner.
Follow Walnut Grove until it comes to Germantown Parkway or 177. Stay in the left lane if heading west.
Just over the bridge there is an entrance to the Ag Center. Turn here and the entrance to DU is just up the hill on the right. Look for SFHRC signage
From Germantown Parkway (177):
Use the entrance on Germantown Parkway. There is a traffic light, and a Butcher Shop Restaurant on the Northwest corner of the intersection. Take the road in and head towards the Farmers Market taking the right fork, over the speed bumps to Ducks Unlimited on your left. Look for SFHRC signage.
